I had a fluch and went all in on the ante, And i beat all the hands at the table, and they said I only get what I put in the side pot, Dont i win the hole pot?

Its difficult to work out what happenned here from your description. It looks like you were short stacked and went all in with what turned out to be the best hand. If others continued to bet on say the turn and the river (with extra chips) then you would have won the primary pot and the other players would be fighting for a side pot. The most you could win was your full stack times the number of players that were in that pot.
Sometimes people call the smallest of the two pots in this situation (which could have been yours) the side pot even although that's technically incorrect.
