Hello Soekie,
In a heads up game the dealer is always the small blind and is therefore the first to act. Next hand the dealer moves to the other player who becomes SB and first to act. There's really not a lot more too it. If it's a NL game, either party can go all in at any moment.
What I would say is that you have to realise that Heads Up you cannot sit and wait for good cards because you are unlikely to get them. In fact if you have a King or higher you probably have the best hand. Most new players play Heads Up really badly because they wait for good cards. At the end of the day you have a 50:50 chance of having the best cards and a king or higher makes it more likely than not that you do. I would give you several tips depending on your chipstack and blind size:
1) If you have a massive chiplead and the blinds are large you should call your opponents all-in no matter what you have. Most people can't bring themselves to do this. Even with 72 offsuit you have a 30% chance of catching a 7 or a 2 and winning the pot.
2) You opponent is likely to bet large no matter what they have. If you have a powerful hand then slow playing it is likely to work as your opponent will try to push you off the hand. Even if an overcard comes off on the flop the chance of your opponent having it is only 1 in 6. Don't be pushed off your hand.
3) Most people can be pushed off their cards - anyone can fire a single bullet at a pot but most don't fire two. Blinds are usually really large by heads up so it is worth doing. Remember - in the unlikely event that you are called you still have a 30% chance of winning.
4) Your opponent will get frustrated by being pushed around and after a couple of pushes will probably go allin no matter what they have. Be prepared for this and fold if not to your advantage.
5) Happily go allin with any Ace preflop.
Hope this is useful to you.
