split pot I think with both players having a straight from 6 to 10.
btw what was the river card ?

Onemore is right - this is a split pot with both players holding the same 5 cards (we don't move on to look at cards 6 and 7 in Texas Holdem).
The "nut" hand in such a situation assuming no flush is available would be 9J. That's a very nice position to be in because anyone else in the hand that has a 9 is most likely to call you no matter what you bet because they'll think their straight is good.
