if there is 3 people at a table who bets first?? the dealer?? same with two people?? the dealer?? I know the 1st person left of the dealer bets after the 1st bet. Also big blind is a full bet right?? So if late in the game and the blinds are big then big blind is minimum bet correct??

3 people at the table - dealer puck, then small blind, big blind. Holder of the dealer puck is first to bet in the first round of betting where you met on the basis of your hole cards. The second round of betting after the flop comes out is always initiated by the small blind.
Big blind is the full bet and always the minimum bet.
With 2 people the dealer is the small blind and the first to act.
