A couple of questions:
1. When 2 people are left in Texas Hold em, the person with the dealer puck puts up the small blind correct?
2. When high carding for the button before the start of a game, what happens if 3 out of say 8 people are receive an Ace? Is the last person to receive it the button?
3. For showing cards at the end of the hand, the person who bet has to show first, correct? If no one bets (everyone checks), then the first person to check show first correct? |
