Can mean either Big Blind or Big Bets. If you read it on a blog that would be TheDoris. He's a Limit Poker player and therefore sees everthing in terms of Big Bets. A Big Bet in a limit game is the maximum you can bet each turn. If the you are playing $2/$4 Limit then the maximum bet at each of the Turn and River card would be $8. $8 is a Big Bet. The Doris (and many Limit Poker Players) measure their success in terms of Big Bets gained per hour.

Limit poker players are usually mathematicians or statistical people. No Limit Holdem Poker in my view is way more exciting and appeals to the gamblers among us.

You've gotta be interested to get this deep into a subject. It was a hobby once, now it's a 1500 page website. Shocked
