| Try figuring out why you lose it. Why don't you understand on an emotional level that being a strong favorite isn't the same as being a lock. No one likes to be sucked out on, but it's impossible to reach your potential as a player without learning to handle them so they don't affect your game. |

| Agree with the comments - suckouts will happen as often to you as they do in your favour. Overall it'll balance out but you don't remember the good ones. Let it wash over you, and try to care less about whether you win any particular hand. Winning the battle is one thing, the war is quite another. |

When it happens to me I sit out for 5 minutes, lay down on my bed and breath deep to calm down. I sit back when I am "zen". Therefore i dont get on tilt. Try something like that, it might work.... it might not |

The key to a bad beat is, never let any1 that ur upset about it!! If they see ur upset u will lose all ur chips game or tourney. I love players that go on tilt after a bad beat.
Also, remember, it is only a bad beat if u bet correctly! If u didnt, then u let them outdraw you, and u can only blame yourself. |

Once you lose on a bad beat, only play high pocket pairs til u calm down. Once you get your head on straight play like u do! and Keep ya Head Up |
