Well had about 1200 left in chips...bout 90 people left... Just lost 3 hands in a row right after the break with real bad beats...
I get KK
Blinds are 400/800 so I just call...The guy on the button is all in AND he's sitting out...So I'm set...
Everyone folds except the guy on the button... mi777er or something like that....he calls me with his 7 3....Flop was Q A 3....So I'm still good because no one has an A...and the guy that was sitting out auto folded...
I go all in....This guy with his 6000 chips....and his 7 3 Calls...
well was I shocked when he hit his 2 pr on the river when the 7 came?
Kinda...lol

| Thats a tough break, I had one almost like that one but with pocket 10 s and I was all in and got out draw by a rag hand, both cards lower than my 10 s. |

Bad beat? so it was just a penny game but it still hurts with Your Pocket Queens are called with an all-in after the flop and your oponents are holding AQ suited with no hope of flush and a puny pair of 5s. and you lose to a straight flush.
Pre-flop:
chp-dust raises to $.07. stubaby calls. Jackal0
folds. BigslikJ calls. Texas Mule calls. vegasman
folds. jonnydepsgirl calls.
Flop (board: 9c 3s 2s):
jonnydepsgirl checks. chp-dust bets $.36. stubaby
folds. BigslikJ goes all-in for $.03. Texas Mule
goes all-in for $.66. jonnydepsgirl folds. chp-dust
calls.
Turn (board: 9c 3s 2s As):
(no action in this round)
River (board: 9c 3s 2s As 4s):
(no action in this round)
Showdown:
Texas Mule shows Qs Qh.
Texas Mule has Qs 3s 2s As 4s: flush, ace high.
chp-dust shows 5s 5d.
chp-dust has 5s 3s 2s As 4s: straight flush, five high.
BigslikJ shows Qd Ad.
BigslikJ has Qd Ad 9c As 4s: a pair of aces. |

| Bad beats can be tough to stomach sometimes, especially when you know you're getting too many and you're due for a nice win. |

I imagine Mi77er was the BB instead of the button like you said
it was only 400 more to call with 2000 already in the pot...
anyone would put that in blind.... |

| conspiracy theories are out there. What do u think about sites rating players and sucking in more money into their site? It seems like whenver i join a site i get great cards for a week and double even triple my money, but then the following week i go broke with full boats losing to better boats, flushes to better flushes. picking up KK and opponent getting AA. sometimes it seems fishy. What do u guys think? |
