I'm sure others will have a view on this but they are totally different games. Often when you have a good hand you'll be cursing if its a limit table. Conversely you can sometimes be saved by the fact that you couldn't go all in (sometimes realising after the fact that if you had you'd be out). Limited games last longer, and it is more difficult to bluff and get away with it. Towards the end of a tournament the blinds will be so large that the two games become similar.

Personally I like the NL version but you have to know what you're doing Smile

No limit! Especially when playing against weak players, you can really tag them as I like to say.

I started with limit tables and moved about a month ago to Nl tables. I play only 6 max tables. I try to play tight and it seems to work most of the times. Don't have a strong strategy but I try to choose a table that is good for my play.

It depends on what i'm playing for.
If i want to collect a bonus i'm playing limit.
If it's just for raising my stack i play NL or PL.

It all depends on the type of player you are. This is a very inconsistent questions as long as there are players who play both limit, no limit and pot limit.

Limit tables are good to clear bonus and to earn rake points. Personally I am unable to defend my hand at limit tables and I prefer no-limit ones if I want to win some cash.

As I said limit tables are better for bonus clearance so try to decide where you want to play using these points of view.

nl and limit varies. nl players play solid cards and rarely chase. limit players will chase and call with almost anything. esp new players.
