Post subject: All in call and blinds?

Quick question for to clarify a dispute..There are three players left in the game. Blinds are 2000/4000. I am on the big blind, but I only have 3200. The dealer calls the 3200 and the small blind folds. Some seem to think that I am not entitled to the small blind b/c I cannot match the 4000.So, they gave the 2000(small blind) to the dealer/caller. I ended up winning the hand, but I only won 6400 and the 2000 went to the other player? My thought is..I had more than the 2000 so why don't I get that money too? Any thoughts?

You are entitled to the small blind as well.
