I have a question about betting...If one person goes all in and two people call him and he beats one of them and the other beats him...does he get any of the pot back?

The answer is yes, but the question makes the assumption that all players
have gone all-in.
For Example -
Player 1 has 200
Player 2 has 1000
Player 3 has 500
In your scenario player 1 goes all-in for 200. This is called by player 2
(200 in). If player 3 simply called then there would be a 3 way pot won by
player 3 in your example or 600. The only way player 2 would get chips back
is if they went all-in also (for 1000) which they would do to try to keep
player 3 out of the pot. Player 3 calls it (and is therefore also all-in)
you'd have a 3 way all-in. Player 1 would be out, Player 3 as the winner of
the hand picks up 1200 (200+500+500) and Player 2 would be returned 500.
Hope that's clear.
Webmaster.

Tunit,
No you are not allowed to show and then decide. That's a breach of table ettiquete and you'd be thrown out by the dealer. This is to prevent you seeing your opponents reaction to your actual cards.
