hey guys
wanted to stop by and say hey. im a new player doing alright for myself right now. been playing .10/.25 on pokerstars and have gone from 25 bankroll to 85 in a few days. still need to learn all the lingo..haha. been reading alot on this site....very helpful

Thanks - there's tons of info in here if you take the time to read it. This site took 3 years to put together and the diary and blog sections were all real experiences of texas holdem players learning as you are now. You can learn from the mistakes of others and save yourself a lot of money. Remember only 5% of people playing poker make money from it. I do, but it took a long time and I lost a small fortune on the way. Much of what is in my site is what I learned, what others learned and factual / teaching aids.
Always happy to answer questions. Remember at the beginning you are a fish - no matter how good you think you might be. Be aware that you are a fish and you might stay alive long enough to learn how to play.
