if the highest card in the flush is on the table (community cards). Dose the pot split or is the player with the next highest flush card in his/her hand win the the pot :

This question comes up time and again - pick any of the flush questions below. Player with the next highest flush card wins.

COMMUNTITY IS A8765 WHO IS THE WINNER OR IS THIS A SPLIT POT BECAUSE THE HIGHEST KICKER IS ON THE BOARD?
